Terms & Conditions for the Travel

Effective Date: MAY 23, 2025.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the travel services provided by IDEM Club Inc., including access to the IDEM Club website and the booking of travel-related services such as flights, hotels, and packages. By using these services, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please refrain from using IDEM travel services.

1. General Use & Definitions

  • IDEM Club Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") provides travel booking services as an agent for third-party suppliers ("Suppliers").

  • "You", "your", or "Customer" refers to the person or entity using our services.

  • By placing a booking through our website, you authorize IDEM Club to act as your representative for securing the requested services.

2. Eligibility & User Obligations

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

  • You confirm all information provided is accurate and up to date.

  • You agree to use the services only for legitimate bookings.

3. Booking & Payment

  • When you book services through IDEM Club, we act as an intermediary.

  • You agree to pay the total displayed amount, which includes any applicable service fees.

  • We may charge separate line items for airfare, taxes, and processing fees.

  • Tickets will not be issued until payment is successfully received.

4. Service Fees & Bundled Add-Ons

  • IDEM may offer service bundles (e.g., Standard, Plus, CFAR) with additional benefits such as reduced processing fees or refund eligibility.

  • All fees associated with these plans are clearly displayed prior to payment.

  • Add-on plan fees are non-refundable once used and only apply to the ticketed passenger.

5. Refund, Cancellation & Change Policies

A. Voluntary Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation at least 24 hours before scheduled departure.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the fare rules of the airline and any applicable support packages.

  • IDEM charges the following processing fees (per passenger):

    • Void within 24h of booking: $50

    • Cancel beyond 24h but before departure: $100

    • Name corrections or waiver requests: $50

B. Involuntary Cancellations (e.g., Airline Schedule Changes)

  • If the airline cancels or significantly reschedules your flight, IDEM will assist in arranging:

    • A rebooking on a new itinerary

    • Or, if applicable, a refund

  • IDEM’s standard processing fee for handling such cases is $50 per passenger.

C. Non-Show or Missed Flight

  • No refund applies if the passenger fails to cancel in advance or misses the flight.

D. Refund Timeline

  • IDEM will process eligible refunds within 20 business days.

  • Final credit posting depends on your card issuer.

E. Chargeback & Dispute Rights

  • Nothing in this policy waives your right to file a valid dispute through your card issuer.

  • IDEM encourages you to contact support before initiating a chargeback.

6. Airline Responsibilities

  • Airlines are responsible for the operation of flights, baggage, and fare conditions.

  • IDEM is not liable for airline failures, cancellations, or breaches of contract.

  • You are responsible for understanding the carrier's conditions of carriage.

7. Travel Documentation & Entry Requirements

  • You must ensure you have valid passports, visas, and meet all entry and health requirements.

  • IDEM is not liable for denial of entry, boarding, or fines due to non-compliance.

8. Arbitration & Governing Law

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming and the Federal Arbitration Act.

  • You may opt out of binding arbitration within 30 days of acceptance by notifying IDEM in writing.

  • Arbitration does not limit your statutory rights or rights under card brand rules.

9. Force Majeure

  • IDEM shall not be held liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

  • In such cases, IDEM will work in good faith to assist with refunds or rebookings, but cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by airlines.

10. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

  • You agree to indemnify IDEM against claims resulting from your breach of these terms.

  • IDEM’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected reservation.

  • IDEM disclaims responsibility for damages caused by airlines, hotels, or third-party providers.

11. Additional Terms for Bundled Products

  • CFAR, TP, and Flexible Ticket Plans are governed by additional terms, presented clearly at checkout.

  • These plans offer conditional refunds, rebooking options, and support services when their terms are met.

  • Refunds or rebookings under these plans are not guaranteed if triggered outside the defined conditions.

12. Prohibited Items & Safety Regulations

  • Travelers must comply with airline safety and baggage rules.

  • Dangerous goods are prohibited unless specifically authorized by the carrier.

13. Intellectual Property

  • All website content and materials are the property of IDEM Club or its licensors.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

By completing a booking with IDEM Club, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the travel-specific refund, chargeback, and service obligations set forth above.


*All the fares displayed are in USD and include all taxes, fees, and applicable surcharges. All prices are per person, based on economy class weekday travel (Monday - Thursday) from the USA, and depend on the chosen class of service, departure city, airline, and the route (lowest transatlantic fares are usually from the East Coast; transpacific fares - from the West Coast). Savings up to 77% off are indicated off the full unrestricted published airfares of major airlines and may vary based on individual fare rules. Some airlines may impose additional baggage charges. The fares are subject to seat availability in the corresponding booking inventory. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and dates. The fares are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. The fares and their governing rules are subject to change without prior notice. Other restrictions may apply.
